Temple Audio - Stereo Amplifier Module
100W Amp Module That Fits in Your Templeboard
The Temple Audio AMP MOD is a super-compact 100-watt stereo amplifier module for your Templeboard. This accessory module was tailor-made for pedals. Its onboard amp simulation offers the frequency response and — most importantly — the feel of a classic amplifier, with enough transparency to preserve the sound of your carefully tweaked effects chain. A 3-band EQ and volume control provide ample sound-shaping, while a high-power headphone amplifier makes private practice easy. Plus, a stereo cabinet emulation supplies a cranked-cab sound when using headphones or a full-range speaker. The AMP MOD includes power limiters for use with various power supplies, plus 4- through 16-ohm speaker outputs to match your cab. Temple Audio’s AMP MOD mounts effortlessly into the Modular End Panel of your Templeboard — it’s the perfect lightweight gigging solution.
Built-in amp modeling ensures a lifelike playing experience
The guitarists here at Sweetwater are duly impressed by the AMP MOD’s built-in amp modeling. Powered by state-of-the-art 56-bit digital processing, Temple Audio’s amp-simulation technology is spot on. Run this accessory module into your favorite 4 x 12" cab, and you’ll experience a frequency response and amp-like feel that leave you wanting for nothing. Using a modeling amplifier? No problem. You can bypass AMP MOD’s amp sim, yielding a linear frequency response and super-transparent sound that play nice with every digital modeling system we demoed it with. With the AMP MOD and your Templeboard, you can gig with nothing but your guitar, pedalboard, and cab without sacrificing tone or playability.
High-power headphone amplifier + hyper-realistic cab emulation = inspiring practice sessions
The Temple Audio AMP MOD makes a top-notch practice companion, thanks to its high-power, 1.5-watt headphone amplifier. To top it off, hyper-realistic stereo cabinet emulation provides you with a lifelike cranked-cab sound — even through your puny earbuds. The cab emulation is based on a stereo-miked 2 x 12" cabinet, and its realistic, wide sound is guaranteed to inspire. You can also route the cab emulation through the AMP MOD’s speaker output — a must-have if you’re playing through a full-range speaker or want to plug straight into a PA.
